• Most recent paystubs for all jobs


• Bank statements for all accounts for the past 3 months


• Payment stubs or books for outstanding loans & mortgages


• One year’s worth of cancelled rent checks or contact information for your current landlord to verify residency and on-time payments


• Verification of money for your deposits


• Profit and loss statements (if self-employed)


• Detailed information about other real estate you own
