Now that we've found the perfect house, it's time to make an offer. We start this process by discussing the price that the seller is asking, and determine an appropriate offer price. How much to offer will vary by property and each seller's situation along with how the condition of the property and it's asking price compare with other homes that are for sale and have recently sold in the area. We will thoroughly review the offer paperwork with you, and submit a bid that keeps your interests in mind.
Once the offer is presented to the seller, you will be kept updated about any response we receive. The seller may accept your offer on the spot, counter back with a different price or terms which are more agreeable to them, or flat out refuse it. Whichever happens, we will be negotiating for you and will always make sure you know what is happening at each point along the way.
