In most transactions, having a buyer's agent will not cost you any more than in a traditional transaction. This means you are able to have an agent fully looking out for your interests and not have to pay any extra.
The buyers agent and sellers agent are both compensated from the proceeds from the sale of the house. This is outlined in the earnest money contract. So you could say the seller is paying for the compensation of both the buyer's agent and seller's agent.
When you hire a buyer's agent, you'll also probably end up saving money, since we'll negotiate to get the best terms and lowest purchase price on your behalf.
